Description:HMC284 AMS8G and HMC284 AMS8GE are low-cost SPDT switches, available in 8-pin base-grounded MSOP packages. The design is optimized to provide the high isolation and minimum insertion loss required for low- and medium-power applications. The on-chip circuit adopts positive voltage control to work at extremely low DC current, and the control input is compatible with CMOS and most TTL series. In the "off" state, RF1 and RF2 are non-reflective. Applications:
