The internal coverage of 3000MHz to 6000MHz range The multi-channel integrated VCO and 1-128 output frequency divider are used to achieve an ultra-wide frequency range clock output. Compatible with 1.8V control logicc.3. The characteristic of the RF signal source module is that the onboard default high-precision 25MHz 0.5ppm TCXO, the internal VCO base frequency output frequency range is 3-6GHZ, and the base frequency touch is below 3GHz.4.
