Description

Description:
This amplifier has the advantages of wide frequency range, stable gain, small noise figure, large dynamic range (+19.5dBm@1dBP), etc. It is especially suitable for various RF receiving front-end circuits to increase the communication distance! Widely used in shortwave, FM broadcasting, remote control receivers, cable TV signal amplifiers, Beidou, GPS satellite navigation, 2.4G Bluetooth, WIFI receiver RF front-ends and other places where low-noise and small-signal RF amplification is required! The amplifier has a shielded shell with anti-reverse protection diodes.
Specification:
Power supply voltage: 5V DC (typical current value I?150mA)Gain: 40DB inputOutput impedance: 50 ohmsMaximum output power: 19dBm (under 6VPP50 ohm load)Input signal: <-20dBm (the output signal is already distorted when the input is greater than -20dBm)Bandwidth: 20MHz~3GHz (gain is different at different frequencies, please refer to S21 curve index for details)Noise figure: 1.3dB (measured at 1.5GHz)With metal shell shieldProduct size: 50 x 50 x 9mmProduct weight: 20 grams
Use of amplifier:

1. The amplifier has very good gain flatness when the operating frequency is less than 200MHz, which can be less than 1dB after careful adjustment. The lower the frequency, the higher the gain consistency.2. The lower limit of the operating frequency of this amplifier is restricted by the input and output capacitors. The default is 0.1uF, which can work up to 0.1MHz; the input and output capacitors can be increased appropriately to extend the lower limit of the frequency. For example, at 10uF, it can work up to 5KHz. For detailed calculations, note that the input and output impedance is 50 ohms, calculate the required capacitance value, and at the same time enhance the decoupling and voltage regulation of the power supply.3. When the power supply voltage changes between 5-8V, it can be used as a variable gain amplifier, and the gain increases with the increase of the power supply voltage. It is very suitable for RF receiving front-end circuit. DA is used to control the power supply voltage to control the gain of the amplifier and play an automatic gain control.4. When the power supply voltage is 8-10V, the low-frequency end gain reaches 20dB. At this time, the amplifier has a lower noise figure and better stability.5. When the voltage is 12V, the gain reaches the maximum value, and the low-frequency end gain can reach 40dB.
